It's called Tokyo Warfare and is made by Square Enix of all companies. Looks pretty interesting, that video shows off a black and white mod (I think it's a mod). I might see if I can download it and try it lol.

Just had a chance to look into this, when you click on Application Forms you then need to click on MechWarrior Online this will then bring you to the form.

Whoa I would send a support ticket or post in their forums to see if that is just RNG going in or done on purpose and they know who it is. The fact it even looks like an older Melisa can't be a coincidence.
